If the studio album, "There And Back Again," introduced the world to Carmen Sclafani in the fall of 2006, then the newest full-length album, "ALL FOR ONE," is an explosive rock-n-roll notice that the band has finally arrived.

"This is such an important time in history, and so much is happening in the world," says Sclafani. " I really wanted to write about what's happening, and try to create something raw and inspiring."

"ALL FOR ONE" is the result of that musical journey, which takes fans through the struggles and joys of life and love in a time of conflict and social unrest. Written, produced and performed by the power trio from NJ/NY, and accompanied by a small group of guest musicians; Sclafani, drummer Steve Decker and bassist Jon Cornell come together in rousing musical display that's both honest and powerful, and reminiscent of the classic sounds of late 60s and early 70s rock n roll.

"I think that now is a time where we really need to look inside ourselves and try to come together for a bigger purpose."

Wiser Time comes into its own, and attempts to inspire us to come along with their newest release...ALL FOR ONE

All For One - Photos

Even
Three, four, in a straight line
Step to the side if you don't mind
Keep it tight, so you don't cry...but you might
Build a wall so you can't climb

And they call it even

A new high, and a green eye
A painted smile and a white lie
Pay a dime or you can't buy...not that you want it
You wouldn't know if they never taught it

And they call it even

All For One
Once in a while, it comes down to indecision, or a vision, or lack there of
Untangle your mind and put aside foolish inhibitions
Then we can ride all night

One for all and all for one
Stay together for what may come
And if it comes to you and me, we stand as one
Now it's all on the line
Rise

From time to time you find out what you're really made of, or the make up of who you are
Don't wait for your saviors or pray for any favors
Let's get it started

One for all and all for one
Stay together for what may come
And if it comes to you and me, we stand as one
Now it's all on the line
Rise

High Time Mind
Is it just a dream?
Because I feel like I'm losing my mind
Come talk with me for a while
It's not right or wrong
It's only doses of your foolish pride
If you ask why, I will tell you true

Look at me, cause I won't go
Just tell me, cause I wanna know
Am I wasting my time, and letting years go by?
But I need you here, by my side
Close your eyes a while because I know that you're so, so tired
But I feel like we're slipping away

Look at me, cause I won't go
Just tell me, cause I wanna know
Am I wasting my time?
I know more than I've forgotten
Is it wrong to lay it on the line?
Well, it's high time you made up your mind

Floating Blues
Say goodbye, and swallow your tears deep inside
We can bury our hearts for a while, but we'll carry a scar
And in time, we may find that it's for the better
But it tears me apart to watch our love fade away

Lost in my mind, you're the one
And I float on the wind from your tongue
You lift me up to the sun
Or I flow to where rivers run
I would wait all my years for your love

You disguise, and you hide all your fears in another
But your eyes can't conceal a heart that will always be mine
And in time, if the day comes that you should stumble
I'll swallow my pride, and lift you up to shine again

Goodbye

Hammer Down
Just how long til you've had enough?
Your sharp stare and your razor tongue
And the blood that drips from your tongue
You're not one to stay satisfied
Will you run if I let you up?
IF, I let you up

You're clearly out of line
So don't you make a sound
Pour dear, when I arrive
I'm gonna put the hammer down

You just cry and don't do enough
Your alibis and your attitude
And the ones you keep under thumb
You're not one to apologize
But when it comes, what you gonna do
When it comes

Crawling Floor
Well, you smile like a mother and you're flying on the other, but you look like a vulture to me
And your face is a mess, but I must confess that sometimes, I like to watch you bleed

Cause you're giving me your evil eye
Like gasoline poured on a fire
Giving me your evil eye

You hide your condition better than a politician, but you can't see the snakes in the mirror
And you're down at the minute, and I must admit that sometimes, I like you crawling on the floor

Cause you're giving me your evil eye
Like gasoline poured on a fire
Giving me your evil eye

A Long Time Gone
Lay me down and rest my head
The midnight train is gonna come
You see, I'm shamed and I'm going out west
My ears are ringing from the silence of my past

A long time gone

Make my ground, I'm on my way
A boy becomes a man
You see I've changed and I'm coming undone
Reassure me that I'm more than just my father's son

A long time gone

Free
You've been down,
You've been feeling misunderstood,
Behind, misinclined, separated and abused

Now, we've seen it all, and we've heard the call
And now we're drawing a line
It's time to open your mind, and let it shine

So here we go
We've got this open road
It can lead us up to heaven, but it can always take us right back home

It was a dream
And I can't erase it
We'd kick this bad world's ass if we could only leave this place

I guess that's just the way it is
Is that the way it is, and the way it's got to be?
I'm talking...FREE

Blame It All On Me
Blame it all on me
I'll take one for the team
You and I both know how it's supposed to be

I've done wrong, I've done wrong
Remind me as you leave
How much, how long is this supposed to read

Rain, Rain on me
You're attention is like greed, to me
Get up and try or move on with a sigh

I'm finding it hard to believe
All these foolish deeds and words, that drip from your tongue
Do you devise while you sleep?
So you say you wanna leave, and as you're walking out the door
You say you will
And when you go you close the door
But before you go, you blame it all on me

Rain, Rain on me
You're attention is like greed, to me
Get up and try or move on with a sigh
There And Back Again All For One Beggars And Thieves XII
